Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We offer flat rate shipping within South Africa. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping We ship worldwide from South Africa. International orders are delivered within 5–10 business days depending on destination. Express options are available at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
