Are your artworks originals or prints? All works listed in the shop are original, one-of-a-kind pieces unless stated otherwise. Each artwork is hand-created and will not be reproduced.
What mediums do you work with? Trudie works primarily in mixed media, incorporating various materials and techniques developed over more than 30 years of artistic practice.
Can I commission a custom artwork? Yes, commissions are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at trudieaverett@gmail.com to discuss your vision, size, and budget.
Ordering & Payment
How do I purchase an artwork? Simply add the artwork to your cart and proceed to checkout. Payment is processed securely through our online store.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards. Available payment options are displayed at checkout.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
How is the artwork packaged? All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
How long does delivery take? South African orders are delivered within 3–10 business days (up to 21 days during sale periods). International delivery times vary by destination.

What if my artwork arrives damaged? Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately at trudieaverett@gmail.com with photos of the damage so we can resolve it promptly.
