She Speaks is an intimate series of original expressive female portraits, layered with emotion, texture, and deeply personal meaning. Through mixed media, gestural mark-making, and powerful gazes, each artwork reveals an inner world that is both vulnerable and resilient.

These one-of-a-kind portraits honour the complexity, strength, and quiet stories of women, inviting collectors to pause, connect, and look beyond the surface.

A quietly intense gaze meets the viewer from beneath a mosaic of colour — vivid turquoise, warm amber, red, and green applied in bold, patchwork-like planes across the face. The subject appears to be seen through a fractured mirror, or reassembled from many different moments in time.

The torn paper edge framing the face against a stark black ground adds a raw, collage-like energy that heightens the sense of something revealed — or perhaps something still hidden. It is a portrait that asks questions rather than answers them: about identity, fragmentation, and the many faces we carry within a single self.

A compelling, intimate work for collectors drawn to expressive portraiture that challenges, provokes, and quietly lingers.
